Following a process of generating and refining ideas for research, Tom decided that he would like to explore the effectiveness of employee communication development in his company. Tom is asked to draw up a set of interconnected research objectives that would operationalize his research and provide a set of evaluation criteria to enable him to address his ‘how effective…’ type of question.
