You have recently joined SNB as a Research Analyst Expert. The Management team at the bank is going to schedule a discussion regarding the strategic direction of the bank for the next 3 years. Your manager has requested you to analyze some historically qualitative and quantitative information that will be used as part of the strategic direction’s meeting.
Your manager has asked you to analyze the interview between Saudi Arabia’s Finance Minister and Al Arabiya on the “painful steps ahead to fight economic downturn”.
You are required to analyze the interview and draw down the main themes reached using the 5-step approach of qualitative analysis. The conclusions of this interview will be used by the Management team to help set out the strategic directions of the bank.
