- Review the video of the judge’s response to the allegation of prosecutorial misconduct.
- Prepare a reflection referencing the reading in the chapters you read last week about attorney and judicial ethics. What are the issues relevant to whether the prosecutor and/or judge engaged in unethical behavior? What is/are the dilemma(s)? Which ethical system would you apply?
