DB: 2028 Summer Olympics and Quality Assurance

Quality control and setting quality standards is a key component of a brand’s image.  The Olympics have a brand image that must be maintained regardless of the host country.  Consider the extensive project planning that must begin years in advance of hosting an Olympic game.  You should take into account the various stakeholders.  Athletes are only one fraction of the overall stakeholder community.   How does this vast range of stakeholders view “quality” in an Olympic setting and how would the PM assure that quality levels are met?
