LEADERSHIP WORLDVIEW PAPER: FINAL ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
This is an open research paper project, meaning that you are expected to locate, use, and cite
scholarly peer-reviewed sources along with course readings and the Bible. The objective of this
paper is to give your current worldview on leadership after conducting research and completing
all the assignments within this course. What do you believe are the best leadership practices in
law enforcement?

2) Please explain the following:
a. Using what you have learned during this course, describe what you believe it
requires to be an effective law enforcement leader.
